All of a sudden so many stocks on the perfect watchlist. And that makes for either a sign that the market is strong or that some pruning needs to happen to cut down the stocks on the watchlist to a fewer, more solid candidates. Or we may be at a point where the big boys maybe wishing to test the market’s strength and wish to create a quick sharp reaction. The trick is to let things play out.

Reacting to what actually happens is a better approach than trying to anticipate or guess or predict a move. The stocks on the watchlist will offer the best guidance.
